- No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. Maximum weight limit of 75 lbs total for both pets. No aggressive breeds will be allowed (this includes Rotteweillers, Pit Bulls, and German Shepards). There is a one-time non-refundable Pet Fee (per pet) applied to your lease upon acceptance. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
