The Fourth Ward is a neighborhood located in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. The Fourth Ward is one of four wards within central Charlotte. It is mostly residential and has many beautiful Victorian houses. Construction has been started on high-rise condominium towers.

The Fourth Ward is within walking distance of the downtown business district, making it easy for a lot of people to get to work. In general, the Fourth Ward is within walking distance of just about everything in the city. The Fourth Ward is close to many different attractions within the city.

The Bank of America Stadium is very close to the Fourth Ward and is home to the pro football team, The Panthers. It is easy for people of the Fourth Ward to get to the stadium to watch a good football game. There is also the Time Warner Cable Arena, which is home to the pro basketball team, The Bobcats. The arena also hosts various concerts and other shows throughout the year.

Shopping in the area is pretty diverse, with various shops scattered along the streets, mixed with some of the bigger places to shop, such as Founders Hall and EpiCentre. Founders Hall provides a nice shopping experience with shops that you won’t find in most malls, coupled with fine and casual dining. Friday is the best day to take a trip to Founders Hall because a live band plays while people shop. Another great place to shop near the Fourth Ward is EpiCentre. EpiCentre offers entertainment, dining, and shopping all in one location. There is some family fun, but the majority of the entertainment involves bars and clubs. The shopping at EpiCentre focuses mainly on fashion and electronics. The dining is very diverse and includes both casual and fine dining opportunities.
