There is a strict no-smoking policy in the unit, balcony, and pool with a $1,000 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM. The apartment is 100% yours during your stay, and we ask you to use it as you would your own home, treating the equipment with respect and being considerate to your neighbors.
