This 1-bedroom condo is just steps from the heart of Uptown and an easy Lightrail ride from fun local neighborhoods. The condo features a king-size bed with a new memory foam mattress and TV in the large bedroom. The luxurious bathroom has a to-die-for shower. The living room is cozy, complete with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV with countless entertainment options including new movie releases, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, ESPN and Pandora which can be enjoyed through the surround sound speakers. Free wireless internet is provided and an Amazon Echo is available to answer all your questions. The space is stocked with all linens, towels, hygiene products, and coffee. Dedicated parking is provided in a gated parking area next to the unit. Uptown Charlotte is the center of the city and the heart of all your entertainment needs. Countless restaurants, bars, museums and sports venues are nearby and all of other popular neighborhoods are close by. The loft is a few blocks and an easy walk away from numerous Fortune 500 companies and all major bank headquarters. There are many public bus stops close by and any location in Uptown Charlotte can be quickly reached by foot. Walking and Uber are great ways to get around. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third party trash removal. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. [SI]
