Romanelli West is a neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri. There are 330 houses in this neighborhood, which is located between 64th Terrace on the north and Gregory Boulevard on the south. The community lies between Ward Parkway and State Line Road east to west.

The neighborhood was named after the Italian sculptor Raffaello Romanelli. Not surprising, then, is the fact that there are 46 sculptures placed throughout the neighborhood. They are located in pretty little parks and in the greenway of the boulevards. Romanelli West was laid out in the 1940s and features wide streets with tall trees and sidewalks.

Arno Park is located within the neighborhood. It is 1.1 acres of open green space, with some tall trees and smaller shrubs.

Ward Parkway is a historic boulevard that forms one of the dividing lines of the neighborhood. It is decorated with statues and fountains and is an amazing addition to this and the other neighborhood through which is runs.

Romanelli West a neighborhood of single-family homes. They come in a variety of styles, ranging from Cape Cods and colonials to single-story ranch-style homes. The community’s yards are spacious and well maintained. The houses get larger the farther north you go in the neighborhood.

St. John United Methodist Church is located at 6900 Ward Parkway. This beautiful red brick church is a favorite with brides in the area for its great location and also for its very stylish interior.
