Briarcliff Village, at the south end of Briarcliff West, is an upscale shopping center designed to resemble a village in Tuscany. No chain stores are found in the center, which features individually owned boutiques and unique dining. Another striking feature of the retail center is the view from its cliff-top location. Water features ornament Briarcliff Village too, paying tribute to Kansas City’s reputation as the city of fountains.
