Dog: Up to 2 are permitted
- Restrictions: $400 Nonrefundable Pet Fee Deposit. $50 per month for a dog. 3 pet limit, no more than 2 dogs and one cat (see leasing consultant for dog weight limits and breed restrictions). Dogs are only permitted in some of our private entrance town homes with a total combined weight limit of 75lbs. and one of the apartment buildings (up to two dogs in each apartment with a total combined weight limit of 25 lbs.) with management approval.
