Forsyth Park is arguably one of the most famous green spaces in Savannah. It was the first large park created in the city. The fountain in the park is a popular landmark for photographers. Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room is one of the most famous restaurants in Savannah. Open for lunch only Monday-Friday, diners line up an hour in advance to get a seat at this family-style restaurant where Southern classics are served.
