English Park Apartments for Rent

The English Park neighborhood is located in northwestern Atlanta near I-285 and I-20. Surrounding neighborhoods include Monroe Heights, Bolton Hills, Chattahoochee, and Whittier Mill Village. English Park is composed of modest single-family homes, apartments, and townhouses.

The area is part of the Georgia Conservancy Blueprints Project. This project seeks to revitalize the English Park neighborhood and its surrounding area, including the Atlanta Industrial Park section. The Atlanta Industrial Park area consists of a nine-building complex featuring dock high loading and other services. English Park is also near the Fulton County Airport – Brown Field located on Aviation Circle NW.

Close to a number of Atlanta universities, such as Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Clark Atlanta University, English Park provides some off-campus housing in its apartments and homes.

English Park Recreation Area is located inside the neighborhood on Bolton Road NW. The park covers 9.5 acres and has a tennis court, a basketball court, and a children’s playground. There are also paths for walking and biking.

Historic Whittier Mill Village is located nearby. Whittier Village features a 17-acre park and a restored mill town. New construction in the popular neighborhood must match the historic cottages, shops, and restaurants of the area. Whittier Mills Park is located on Spad Avenue at Wales NW.

As English Park is just minutes from downtown, residents can enjoy all the amenities there, with its shops, restaurants, theaters, museums, and more.

English Park neighborhood schools include Benjamin S. Carsons Honors Preparatory Academy, Berean Christian Junior Academy, Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy, and Bolton Academy.
