The large Tallahassee shopping center is designed with two levels, and it features department store retailers, J. C. Penney’s, Macy’s, Sears, and Dillard’s. Shoppers can browse through over 100 stores, including such upscale brand retailers as Abercrombie and Fitch, Talbot’s, and Ann Taylor.
