Situated on a peninsula between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay, the neighborhood of Downtown St. Petersburg is a thriving urban area that, unlike most cities, also boasts an average of 360 days of sunshine a year and the third-largest public waterfront in the country. Its unique blend of lively commercial setting and stunning natural topographic attributes makes it a desirable place to live for many.
