The Williamsburg Gardens neighborhood is triangular, with East Olive Road serving as its southern border, yet also its easternmost point. East Johnson Avenue serves as its northern border, then meets East Olive Road at the eastern border point of the community. Croydon Road and smaller, local streets serve as the western border of Williamsburg Gardens.

It’s an ideal neighborhood for a diverse population of college students. Many varying types of universities are nearby. Fortis College is less than a half-mile southwest of the community. The University of West Florida is three miles to its northwest. The Academy of Nail Sculpting, a locally lauded beauty school, is two miles southwest of Williamsburg Gardens. Pensacola State University and Pensacola Junior College are located within a three-mile radius of the neighborhood.

The community is near many cultural attractions that bring people from all over the greater Pensacola area. The Archaeology Museum is only two miles northwest of Williamsburg Gardens, while the Anna Lamar Switzer Visual Center is three miles to its southwest. Old Christ Church, a historical Pensacola landmark, is a little over seven miles south of the community.

Many of the wealthier Williamsburg Gardens residents are members of Scenic Hills Country Club. It’s noted as the only Florida course to have hosted a U.S. Open. In addition to its sprawling golf courses, it hosts a lovely clubhouse and on-site restaurant, Caponi’s Grille.
