Whiteheads is a small Brent community in the 32503 zip code. It is part of the northern Pensacola area. The neighborhood of Willow Tree Acres borders it to the east, while Interstate-10 encircles it to the north and west. Malary Park serves as the southern border of the community.

The neighborhood’s proximity brings the greater Gulf Coast region within easy access of residents. Pensacola’s wealth of cultural and historical attractions are near Whiteheads. The Anna Lamar Switzer Art Center is about three miles southeast of the community, while the Renaissance Man, a well-reviewed sculptural museum, is approximately five miles south of Whiteheads.

Two historical landmarks—the Pensacola Historical Museum and the Old Christ Church—are within a seven-mile radius of the community. Thanks to highways and public transportation, they are within easy reach of all neighborhood residents. The Historic Pensacola Preservation Board is also nearby.

The nearest beach is about five to six miles. Escambia Bay allows residents to enjoy boating, swimming, and trying numerous recreational activities. Although it’s frequented more in the summer months, it can be enjoyed year round. Several seafood restaurants line the shores.

Many popular restaurants abound closer to the community as well. There’s a McDonald’s only a half-mile from Whiteheads to its southwest. Waffle House, Burger King, and Wendy’s are all within walking distance of anywhere in Whiteheads as well. Ruby Tuesday, International House of Pancakes (IHOP), Subway and Hardee’s are within a one-mile radius of the Whiteheads neighborhood. Almost every major chain restaurant within the south is easily accessible to neighborhood residents, along with local fare at family-owned eateries.
