Silverleaf Apartments for Rent

(hide neighborhood information)

The Silverleaf neighborhood, located on the northeast side of the coastal city of Pensacola, Florida, is ideally situated just minutes west of the Escambia Bay and east of the Pensacola Regional Airport, and just over five miles from the central downtown area, about a 15-minute drive. Visitors will find this residental community immediately east of Spanish Trail Road, surrounded by the Dover Landing, Woodwind Place, Wexford Chace and New Hope Landing subdivisions. It is part of Escambia County, in the 32504 zip code.

Silverleaf Drive is the main thoroughfare for this community, with several other small courts and drives branching off along the way. About 115 single-family home sites make up this predominately residential neighborhood. The homes here are generally spacious and well-kept, spaced very closely together on small lots for those seeking a low-maintenance lawn.

Residents of this community enjoy scenic views of the nearby bay, as well as easy access to the many recreation options that it offers such as boating, fishing and water sports. Proximity to the airport is another major advantage of this neighborhood, and many other attractions and amenities surround the airport within minutes of home.

For example, the Cordova Mall, one of the city’s largest shopping centers, is located just on the other side of the airport, adjacent to a major medical center. Several schools also exist in this area, including Cordova Park Elementary, Workman Middle, Washington High and Pensacola State College.

Many parks border the bay within a few minutes of Silverleaf, including the Dunwoody, Bay Bluffs and Lavallet Parks. Lavallet is the largest of the three by far, offering a walking path, picnic shelter, a playground and roughly five acres of green space to explore.
