Several major medical centers are also located close by, as is the city’s regional airport.

Students residing here don’t have to travel far from home to attend school. Options in the area include Cordova Park Elementary School, Workman Middle School and Washington High School, all situated near the airport. This area also hosts Pensacola State College and Pensacola Christian College, and the University of West Florida is located just a few miles to the northwest.
