The community of Reeces in Pensacola, Florida lies north of Downtown near the intersection of I-110 and I-10. It is situated just north of Langley Avenue. Nearby neighborhoods include Colony Park, D Estates, Elenor, Carmel Woods, and Burgess Court. This affordable community is primarily condominium style housing, as well as some single-family Ranch style homes.

Washington Senior High School, located just south of Langley Avenue, is very convenient for Reeces’ residents. Shopping is plentiful around Reeces. Pensacola Square lies just west of the community at the intersection of Langley Avenue and North Davis Highway. This shopping center features an Office Max, Hobby Lobby, Books A Million, and other stores and service providers. Restaurants located here include O’Charley’s and Fuji Sushi Bar and Grill. Other area stores include TJ Maxx, Jo-Ann Fabrics, David’s Bridal, Barnes and Noble, Sports Authority, Sam’s Club, and Lowe’s, just to name a few.

University Mall lies just northwest of Reeces offering Belk, JC Penney, and Sears. Cordova Mall lies just south of Pensacola State College and is the largest and most upscale mall in Pensacola. The mall is anchored by two Dillard’s department stores, Belk, Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, as well as World Market. Cordova Mall also has over 125 specialty stores and boutiques.

The medical provider for the area, Sacred Heart Hospital is located just minutes south of Reeces. Just some of the many advantages this hospital provides include the region’s largest network of physicians, a 24-hour emergency center, the area’s only children’s hospital, the Sacred Heart Women’s Hospital, and a new comprehensive cancer center.
