Seville Square is the site of the city’s annual art show, one of the largest in the southeast.

A short walk south from this downtown area leads to the harbor area. Charter boats leave from the harbor, and Palafox Pier Yacht Harbor is here. A newer park, Plaza De Luna, makes for pleasant walks, and restaurants nearby have waterfront views.

Residents have good choices in nearby golf facilities. It is approximately six miles to Scenic Hills Country Club, which offers all the services one would expect in a fine club. Pensacola Country Club, established in 1902, is equally close, and located on Pensacola Bay.

University of West Florida, the Naval Air Station, Pensacola Beach and the Gulf Islands National Seashore are all within 10 miles of Pairs Point.
