The Mallory Heights neighborhood is located in Pensacola, Florida. The community is made up of family- and apartment-style dwellings that sit on lots that feature flowering dogwoods, bald cypresses, and saw palmettos. Yards are colored by the blooms of butterfly lilies, periwinkles, and yellow lantana.

The neighborhood is bordered by Summit Boulevard on the north, Scenic Highway/Chipley Avenue to the east, East Cervantes Street to the south, and Bayou Boulevard on the west side. It is close to Interstate 110, which is directly west of Mallory Heights.

Both Escambia Bay and Pensacola Bay are to the east. Being close to the shorelines of both bodies of water allows community residents to enjoy a variety of water sports, such as boating, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, and snorkeling. Some residents also enjoy daily walks at one of a number of area parks, among them Dunwody Park and Miralla Park, a short distance to the northwest and west of the neighborhood, respectively.

Residents are also near shopping centers such as the Cordova Mall and University Mall. The Pensacola Regional Airport, to the northwest, and Pensacola State College, a little farther north of the airport are convenient to the neighborhood.

When they aren’t shopping or enjoying beach activities, Mallory Heights residents like to dine at one of a number of area establishments. Dharma Blue, which offers outdoor dining, is a favorite. House specialties include rib-eye steak and blackened fresh fish.
