About five miles east of Lost Creek is Escambia Bay and some of the best fishing in Escambia County. Residents can travel a bit farther south to Bayview Park for boat launches, along with picnic areas, a playground and athletic facilities. Dog owners can also enjoy the Bayview Dog Park that provides water access to Bayou Texar.
