Lagoista is an Escambia County townhome community about seven miles west of Pensacola, Florida just east of State Highway 727/West Fairfield Drive and north of U.S. Highway 98. It is immediately bounded on the east by South 72nd Avenue and lies in the 32506 zipcode.

Lago Vista Court is the only street in this small neighborhood, providing two entrance/exit points on the east and forming a small loop along the interior. Four small ponds and some large stands of trees give this community a rather secluded feel.

Despite the sense of seclusion afforded by the lack of through traffic and ample tree cover, this community is still just minutes from many area amenities. The nearby highways host many shopping, dining, and entertainment options within a few minutes of home, as well as a junior college and major medical centers such as the Naval Hospital of Pensacola.
