Fairfax Terrace is in the zip code 32506 in Pensacola, Florida. Pensacola is home to the nation’s first Naval Air Station and boasts more than 70 parks, multiple airfields, and ample shopping opportunities. Fairfax Terrace is south of Jackson Street and encompasses the winding lane of Edgewood Circle.

Fairfax Terrace is a residential neighborhood, walkable to area churches and the Felix Miga Senior Center on 57th Avenue. The Senior Center is a hub of activity, hosting weekly card games, Bingo, and other programs for those 55 years and older.

Schools close by include the Small World Kindergarten, the Little Flower Catholic School, and the Myrtle Grove Elementary School. Myrtle Grove Park, an open area green-space, is also nearby. Meadowbrook Park sits north of Lillian Highway, about a five-minute drive from Fairfax Terrace. The small park has a ball field and open play space. It is adjacent to the post office and is three blocks from Escambia High School.

Residents living in the area are less than a mile from New Warrington Road, which has several service businesses along it, including a bank. Additional shopping is available to the south off Navy Boulevard. Located in this commercial area is the Corry Field Shopping Center, which includes places to eat and the Felton Lanes bowling alley. The St. Jones Christian Academy is adjacent to the shopping center.

Pensacola residents can enjoy upscale retail shopping at the Cordova Mall located about seven miles east of Fairfax Terrace. The indoor mall has department stores, specialty shops, and eateries. It is next to Sacred Heart Hospital and the campus of Pensacola State College. The Scott Athletic Complex is in the area as well. In addition to its dog park, it has a community center and swimming pool.
