North of downtown Pensacola is the neighborhood of Country Walk, which is part of the Ferry Pass area. Schools near the Country Walk neighborhood include Ferry Pass Elementary School and Blessed Star Montesson Christian School. LaPetite Academy is an educational day care facility in the area. Just to the north is the campus of the University of West Florida.
