Copperfield community parents are happy with the great selection of quality area schools available to residents. Ferry Pass Elementary School is only a mile north of of the community on North Davis Highway, while the J.H. Workman Middle School is only a mile to its southeast. Washington Senior High School, known for its high scholastic achievements, is a mile south of Copperfield.

Another thing that comforts many families in the area is that medical care can be quickly accessed if there’s ever an emergency. Sacred Heart Medical Park is about a mile south of the community, while the West Florida Medical Group is only approximately a mile to its north.
