Cervello Apartments for Rent

Located almost at the tip of Escambia Bay near the Gulf Breeze Parkway, Cervello is a compact townhouse community off of State Route 90, otherwise known as the Scenic Highway. Hidden from the roadway by thick groves of trees, this is a quiet waterfront community where every unit faces the water. The larger of the two buildings has a sun deck on the bay side of the property. Pathways lead down to the waterline. Much of the coastline is undeveloped in this area, making it a pleasant walk in either direction.

The baseball and softball diamonds at Exchange Park are only two blocks inland from Cervello. The Youth Girls Softball League play their home games at this locale. A snack bar and covered picnic tables with views of the field are available. St. Paul’s Catholic Church and its elementary school are next to the park. Public schools are a bit farther away. A nearby restaurant, Angus Seafood Steaks & Spirits, is just three blocks south. Across from the restaurant are the Apple Market and a CVS Pharmacy, the closest stores.

Following the Scenic Highway north along the shores of Escambia Bay leads to Bay Bluffs Park, a largely undeveloped sliver of land that hugs the coast. Boardwalks, nature trails, and beach access is available within the 42-acre nature preserve. Beach Road Shopping Center is across from this park.

Follow that same highway south and the name changes to East Cervantes Street as it leads into downtown Pensacola. Andalusia Square and Granada Square are just two of the small parks found along the way. Palafox Shopping Center is a few blocks off of West Cervantes Street, in the downtown core. Cervantes Street changes from east to west at Interstate 110.
