It consists of Sable Drive running west from Chisholm Road until Sable Drive ends in a court. This design makes sure that the traffic on Sable Drive is residential and all through traffic remains on Chisholm Road.

Caran is an unassuming Florida neighborhood with mutli-family and single-family units. Great mature trees and pleasant green yards fill the spaces in between the buildings, and the neighborhood has lots of space for kids to run and to walk a dog.

Not very far from Caran is the University of West Florida campus. Because of the nature preserve in the area, the campus is one of the most beautiful in the country. Pensacola Beach is also relatively close to the neighborhood. A natural barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola Beach has miles of white, sandy beaches and offers many related activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, skiing, and boating. There is also a vibrant shopping district with dining, nightlife, and entertainment so that visitors can make a day of it.

Amazing things happen in the sky over Pensacola. The Naval Air Station is nearby and is the home of the incredible Blue Angels demonstration squad. The blue and yellow F-18 jets are a familiar sight as they practice their death-defying routines or perform at an air show.
