The Boone Place neighborhood is located east of North Davis Highway in Pensacola, Florida, and falls under the 32503 zip code area. The residential community is comprised of modest single and two-story ranch-style homes on average-sized, well-maintained lots.

Brentwood Elementary, Brown Barge Middle and Washington Senior High School serve the community’s educational needs. Not far from the Boone Place community is Historic Pensacola Village, home to twenty-seven properties in the Pensacola National Register Historic District. The T. T.Wentworth Jr. Florida State Museum houses a bounty of historic artifacts, Americana and West Florida history.

The Cordova Mall is located within two miles of the Boone Place community. The mall offers a wide range of specialty shops and small boutiques as well as Bed Bath and Beyond and Dillard’s.
