Bonair is a small neighborhood located approximately five miles north of downtown Pensacola, Florida. Situated in the 32503 zip code area, Bonair is surrounded by Airport Boulevard to the south, Creighton Road to the north, North Davies Highway to the East and Interstate 110 to the west.

A majority of the homes in Bonair are single-family dwellings with brick exterior. Well-maintained lawns, lush landscapes and large trees are prevalent in the area. The Bonair neighborhood is situated along Walton Street which connects with North Davies Highway to the east and intersects with Airport Boulevard to the south.

Just to the north of the Bonair neighborhood are Pensacola Square and University Mall. Bonair is a popular neighborhood due to its central location to many shopping venues and Pensacola State College, which is about one mile to the east. Pensacola Regional Airport sits just south-southeast of the college.

Public schools in the vicinity of Bonair include Reinherdt Holm Elementary, Brentwood Middle, J.H. Workman Middle School, and Washington High School. Woodham Middle and Woodham High Schools are just a couple of miles to the northwest. The Tyron branch public library and the West Florida Genealogy Library are both within a one and a half-mile radius of the Bonair neighborhood.

Approximately two and a half miles to the east of Bonair is Hitzman-Optimist Park which provides a playground and athletic fields. About a mile farther is Lavallet Park near Escambia Bay. Lavallet Park provides a playground, too, but also has paved walking paths and a stunning scenic view. To the west about one and a half miles of Bonair is Marcus Pointe Golf Course. This 18-hole course boasts a 600-acre golfing resource that also offers practice facilities and professional golf lessons.
