Pensacola is one of the oldest settlements in the United States and has plenty of history to share. The neighborhood is situated at the junction of US 29 and US 90, and the Interstate 10 junction is three miles away, offering residents of Beverly Homes access to the rest of Florida. Children do not have far to travel to local schools, and the University of West Florida lies six miles to the east.
