This private subdivision’s entrance is situated west off Guidy Lane, just north of East 9 Mile Road in the 32514 zip code area of Escambia County. Neighborhoods surrounding Aurelias Place include Quail Run, Cobblestone, and Foxborough.

This is a private single-family home neighborhood with mainly ranchers in brick construction, so there are no apartment buildings or condominiums located directly within the community. However, there are several apartment complexes located in the surrounding area. Robins Place Apartments are less than a mile away. Also within a two-mile radius are Hillview Terrace Apartments, Governors Gate Apartments, and Eaton Square Apartments.

Public schools nearby include L.D. McArthur Elementary, Ensley Elementary, Ferry Pass Middle, and W.J. Woodham High School. The University of West Florida is approximately one and a half miles away.

Scenic Hills offers a championship 18-hole golf course that has been redesigned by pro-golfer Jerry Pate, a former U.S. Open Champion.

Residents of Aurelias Place are surrounded by a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Large chain stores, including Kmart and Walmart Supercenter, are only minutes away to the southwest. Many of the closer venues are situated right on East 9 Mile Road.
