Vista East Apartments for Rent
With its well-manicured landscapes and open, contemporary home designs, Vista East offers residents convenient, resort-style living. Residents of this relatively new community need only walk out of their doors to experience a variety of recreational opportunities. Found throughout this neighborhood, which was built in the 2000s, are a variety of community pools, fitness centers, playground areas, and basketball courts.
Home designs in the Vista East community tend toward a contemporary Key West-style. You’ll find spacious single-family residences, as well as condominiums and two-story townhomes. Vista East encompasses area code 32829. The area is bounded by Curry Ford Road to the north, Central Florida Greenway 417 Toll Road to the east, Martin Anderson Beachline Expressway 528 Toll Road to the south, and Narcoossee Road to the west. The area is primarily residential, though there are a variety of commercial buildings in the community, including shops and restaurants.
Of the many appealing aspects of Vista East are the various lakes located in surrounding areas. Lake Hart and Lake Mary Jane are connected and lie southeast of the community. Lake Hart is a peaceful 6.5-square-mile lake that is popular for bass fishing. The lake also allows water sports and offers onshore hiking and picnicking opportunities. Lake Mary Jane is equally tranquil and has views of pine forest on its shores. This lake is also a favorite fishing spot. Just below Lake Hart is Split Oak Forest Mitigation Park. This wildlife refuge gives visitors the opportunity to view wildlife, including the endangered gopher tortoise – which the park is striving to save by preserving its native habitat.
For those residents who travel, Orlando International Airport is conveniently located just outside of the neighborhood’s boundaries to the southwest. Located within the community are Hidden Oaks Elementary School and Vista Lakes Elementary School, which are highly rated.
