We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. There is a $200 deposit, $225 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and pet rent is $25 per pet per month. There are no weight restrictions, but breed restrictions apply.
$150 pet deposit and $150 fee for one pet, $300 pet deposit and $300 fee for 2 pets, $450 pet deposit and $450 fee for 3 pets. All 3 pets cannot exceed 45lbs in total weight.
