It’s bordered to the north by Martin Andersen Beachline Expressway and to the south by Innovation Way. Central Florida Greeneway Toll Road borders it to the east, and North Narcoossee Road is its western border.

Lake Nona is just over a mile southwest of the subdivision. The 584-acre lake does not allow fishing or boating, but offers picturesque shores. Other nearby lakes include Buck, Catherine, Concord, and Red.

Randall/Johnson is a very family-friendly community, with many well-regarded schools within easy walking or driving distance. Children attend Northlake Park Community Elementary School, Moss Park Elementary School, and Hidden Oaks Elementary School. Junior high students attend Odyssey Middle Shool, Primrose School at Vista Lakes, and Liberty Middle School. Older students attend Lake Nona High School.

Although it’s a primarily residential neighborhood, it’s near many of the essential attractions of Orlando. The Orlando International Airport is within five minutes to its west. The Walt Disney World Resort, five miles to its west, offers such parks as the Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Disney Hollywood Studios, and the Animal Kingdom. Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wordspring Discovery Center, the Orlando Museum of Art, and Titanic: The Experience are all with a few minutes’ drive.
