The neighborhood is framed by Texas Avenue to the east, Americana Boulevard to the south, John Young Parkway to the west, and Holden Avenue to the north. The neighborhood is made up only a few roads, including Park Central Drive, Wellington Park Circle, Battery Park Loop, City Street, Grand Central Parkway, Mid Town Terrace, Yankee Place, Metropolitan Way, Holden Avenue, and Texas Avenue.

The average age in Park Central is 24-25 years of age, with a median family income of just under $50,000 per year. Less than 25 percent of the households in the area are married couples with only a small percentage of residents having children.

West of the Park Central neighborhood, off of Eastgate Drive, is the Mall at Millenia. The mall is known for having some of the biggest designer brands, including Rolex and Louis Vuitton. The mall also has a wide variety of other retailers that are more reasonably price for a larger shopping base, including Macy’s, Gap, American Eagle, and others. The mall has numerous popular restaurants that include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and The Cheesecake Factory, which make popular dining destinations for area residents.

Just west of the Mall at Millenia is one of the more unique attractions in the Orlando area. The Holyland Experience is a large theme park dedicated to the recreation of the Bible. The park offers numerous rides, shows, and educational opportunities. The shows are said to be so realistic that many people are brought to tears. The park is made to be entertaining and informative at the same time, while meeting the needs of a broad range of age groups.
