Turtle Creek Neighborhood

The Turtle Creek community is eleven miles north of Jacksonville, Florida, in the 32218 zip code. Located along Interstate 95 just south of Interstate 295, this neighborhood is an ideal location for suburban living with convenient access to Jacksonville International Airport, as well as the downtown Jacksonville.

Turtle Creek Drive provides access to shopping centers, schools, churches, and local businesses. There is a Sam’s Club, and an Anheuser Busch production facility on Dunn Avenue to the south. The Highlands Shopping Center and Ray Greene Park are west off Dunn Avenue.

There are several public and private schools throughout the Turtle Creek area in Duval County. Children may attend Biscayne Elementary School, or the Victory Christian Academy. Also in the area are Saint Patrick’s Catholic School, and First Coast Senior High School.

Jacksonville University, Florida State College and the University of North Florida all have campuses within a half-hour drive of the Turtle Creek community. In addition to student clubs, the colleges bring sports fans year round events in baseball, basketball, football, tennis, golf, and rugby.

Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar, on City Station Drive, is a popular spot for Turtle Creek sports fans to enjoy Italian food, and root for local teams on large screen televisions. The menu includes gourmet pizza, ribs, pasta, and a great selection of beer.
