Area communities include Rosevale, Metropolitan, and Thornydale Terrace.

This neighborhood is also less than two miles southeast of the Arthur Pack Regional Park. Another 18-hole golf course can be found here, as can 10 baseball and softball fields, batting cages, hiking and walking trails, picnic facilities, a basketball court, and playground.
