You must use a key to get into the building either from the street or from the garage underneath the apartments at ground level. Just around the corner from the building are Oldfield's and Bigfoot West, two excellent bars. Also not a far walk is the Overland Cafe, great for brunch as well as craft beer. Across the street just a short walk are Ralph's, RiteAid, LA Fitness, Best Buy, etc. And just a stone's throw from the building is a Halal market. All that to say, the location of this building is incredible. No unnecessary driving needed if you live here.
