The community of Stevens is located just minutes northeast of downtown Seattle. This Washington state neighborhood is roughly bounded by Boyer Avenue East on the north and east, 15th Avenue on the west, and East Madison Street on the south and east.

The Washington Park Arboretum lies just to the northeast of Stevens. Its 230 acres feature a wide assortment of trees, plants, and flowers. The Japanese Garden is a must-see, and its picturesque landscape attracts visitors from all over the country.
Art lovers won’t want to miss the Seattle Asian Art Museum, located on East Prospect Street, within Volunteer Park. This museum is a popular place to spend a Saturday afternoon. The exhibits are breathtaking, as is the surrounding park.
One of the best things about the Seattle area is the presence of all of the lakes and canals nearby. Stevens is conveniently located between Lake Union to the west and Lake Washington to the east. A short drive in either direction leads to water recreation such as boating, skiing, swimming, sun bathing, fishing, relaxing lake views, and wildlife.
