Roxhill is a neighborhood in West Seattle. Part of the Delridge neighborhood, Roxhill is located north of Southwest Roxbury Street, and south of the High Point Playfield. It is west of Delridge Way Southwest, and east of 35th Avenue Southwest. The neighborhood has many single-family homes and some townhouses, apartments, and condos.

Students attend Roxhill, Alki, and Highland Park elementary schools, and West Seattle High School or Chief Sealth High School after graduating from Denny Middle School or Madison Middle School. Residents read the West Seattle Herald to find out what is going on in their bustling neighborhood. South Seattle Community College is nearby, and the area is an easy commute to the University of Washington in Seattle’s University District.

The E.C. Hughes Playground is located in the center of Roxhilll. The park provides a play area and ball fields. Roxhill Park is also nearby, where residents can enjoy a play area and trails. Located on Longfellow and Fauntleroy creeks, the park is a wetlands area filled with birds and walking trails. Local salmon spawn in its waters.

Westwood Village shopping area is also located in Roxhill. Located between 29th Avenue and 26th Avenue Southwest on Barton Street Southwest. This outdoor mall is popular with locals and anchored by national chains. In the summer, residents can swim in the nearby Puget Sound at beaches at Alki Point, or in the saltwater Coleman Pool located in Lincoln Park. Many people enjoy living in Roxhill because of its easy commute by car or bus to downtown Seattle.
