Downtown Seattle is one of the most incredible downtown areas in the world. From the Convention Center, it is only about a one-block commute to Paramount Theatre, a well-known destination for a wide variety of performances in Seattle. This theatre is known for bringing in major national acts and shows that delight crowds of the Seattle area.

On the west side of the Downtown area is another Seattle exclusive, Pike’s Place Market. This large market is one of the most well known in the world and another part of Seattle’s marketing. This market features numerous stalls of fresh seafood, international cuisine, and unique imports. The market is best known for fishermen that throw orders of fish through the air to the visitors’ applause.
