Columbia City is a residential neighborhood located in south Seattle, Washington east of the Industrial District. The neighborhood follows Martin Luther King Jr. Way along the west of its border between Genesee Street to the north and Graham Street to the south with 48th Avenue making up the majority of the eastern edge.
