Hidden Cove-Indian Creek is a neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas. The borders of the neighborhood are Southwest Military Drive on the northeast, the I-40 on the southwest, Old Pearsall Road on the northwest, and Quintana Road on the southeast. The terrain is flat and the streets are tree lined. There is public transportation in the neighborhood, which is located to the southwest of downtown.
There are two branches of the public libraries that are within an easy drive of the community. Cortez is located to the east and Johnston to the west. Cortez offers a variety of activities, including yoga classes and toddler time. This branch is open six days a week, closing on Friday. Johnston is also open 6 days a week, and offers computer classes and story time.
Three elementary schools are located in the neighborhood. Indian Creek Elementary School, Hidden Cove Elementary School, and Sky Harbor Elementary School serve the educational needs of the younger residents. They all have similar Great Schools ratings between four and six. All three schools have classes for grades pre-school through fifth, and are well rated by parents. The Sharon Crista McAuliffe Middle School is also located in Hidden Cove-Indian Creek.
Pearsall Road Baptist Church is an active Christian community that is family-oriented and welcoming. They have a lively music ministry, and both children and adult Bible study. Divine Providence Roman Catholic Church is also located on Old Pearsall Road.
Pearsall Park has a lot to offer. There is an off-leash dog park, disc golf course, and a great new playscape. There is also a community center in the park.
Old Pearsall Road has a convenient selection of fast food restaurants and retail stores.
