Residents of this community enjoy proximity to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. For the essentials, a Walmart Supercenter is just to the southwest, next to a movie theater and several popular dining options. Many more restaurants and retailers are in the immediate area, and the Kenworthy Crossing shopping center is situated a few minutes to the north.
Terrace Hills is also close to many small parks, including Arlington Park, Colonia Verde Park, Skyline Optimist Youth Park, and Sue Young Park.
