While not heavily developed for commercial or residential use, this area has several storage facilities, including Tindall Record Storage Ltd. that sits close to the park.

Around the major intersection of streets bordering the park, visitors can find other storage areas, a tire distribution center and a Penske Truck Rental location. This area is somewhat industrial, with metalworking centers and the SWC Tactical Training Academy.
