The Barton Creek Wilderness Park is one of Austin’s largest parks and offers visitors trails, trees and a true wilderness experience. Wet and Wild Adventure Camp is headquartered in East Oak Hill and offers kids 7 to 15 a fun, activity-filled summer away from home, but still within the city.

Regents School of Austin is located in the western corner of the neighborhood near Southwest Parkway, which bisects the neighborhood. St. Andrew’s Episcopal School sits south of Regents School and offers another private school alternative to the Austin Independent School District which has several schools in the area.
