There is a wildlife agency at the park as well. The CSX Crieve Baseball Park lies further to the west. It features baseball diamonds and areas for hiking and walking.
For a full day of fun, residents can travel a short way to the north and visit the Nashville Zoo. Approximately 300 animals from around the world live at the zoo, including Bengal Tigers, African elephants, and red pandas. There are fun activities for children at the zoo, such as the wild animal carousel and the 66,000-square-foot jungle gym playground. In addition, there are a wide variety of exhibits to delight children and adults, including the Flamingo Lagoon, Alligator Cove, Giraffe Savannah and Red River Hog Habitat.
