Rosedale Place Apartments for Rent

Just over four miles southeast of downtown Nashville, Tennessee, is the Rosedale Place neighborhood. Rosedale Place is situated in the 37211 zip code area, within Davidson County. This small community consists of a single street by the same name (Rosedale Place), which lies south of Rosedale Avenue and east of Grissom Drive. Interstate 440 runs past the neighborhood to the south.

Rosedale Place creates a rather rectangular loop that is lined on both sides by single-family homes. In total, less than 50 closely spaced together homes can be found here. Some of the lots are shaded, while others feature mostly small shrubbery. Although all of the homes here have attached garages, a small section for overflow/guest parking lies at the community’s entrance, a feature that few neighborhoods offer. Immediately east of the development is a townhome/condominium community, and to the west is a commercial/industrial area.

The small Cumberland Park is situated within walking distance of the community.

Less than one mile south of Rosedale Place, easily accessible via the nearby Interstate 65, sits One Hundred Oaks Mall, one of the area’s most prominent shopping centers. Originally opened in 1968, this was the city’s first enclosed retail complex. It was renovated in 2008, and now the upper floor is home to business offices and medical clinics, while the first floor remains devoted to retail spaces. A cinema can also be found here. Several additional shopping centers all lie within a short drive of the neighborhood as well.

Belmont University and Vanderbilt University both sit within a few miles northwest of the neighborhood, while Trevecca Nazarene University is a few miles northeast. Closer to the downtown area are Tennessee State University and several smaller private colleges and universities.
