This 2000 square foot contemporary home is thoughtfully decorated and set-up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel, including a brand new game room. The first level features Bedroom 1 (The Master Room) furnished with a king-size bed, television, closet, and an en suite full bathroom with shower. The second level features an open living room, a spacious kitchen with bar seating for 4, a dining area with a table that seats 8, a half bath, and a balcony. The living room sofa pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed for additional sleeping. On the third level, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 2 (The Sky Room) has queen-size bunk beds (175-lb weight limit on top bunk), a single rollaway bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 (The Emerald Room) and Bedroom 4 (The Sunset Room) have queen-size beds and both have access to the 2nd upstairs super spacious Jack & Jill bathroom. Although breakfast is not served, there is complimentary coffee, tea, and light snacks. Parking is available for two cars. Wedgewood-Houston is one of Nashville’s fastest developing neighborhoods and home to Geodis Stadium. It's an eclectic area filled with a mix of vintage cottages and new homes and home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries, and art galleries. Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around Nashville, and are typically just a few minutes away. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can park two cars.
