The home features a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishware, and some spices, a drip coffee maker with beans and a grinder, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Parking is available for two cars only in front of the garage doors marked “F”. Please respect the neighbors and do not park in front of their garages. Dogs are welcome with specific rules: up to two dogs under 50lbs are allowed, they must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after them using the provided dog bag station. No decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures, or furniture, and failure to follow this will result in a fine. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed. Absolutely no major parties are allowed, and small celebrations must be notified when booking.
