Blanchard Heights is a neighborhood located in Nashville, Tennessee. It’s in Davidson County and just west of Interstate 24. Haywood Lane makes up the northern border of the community. The area incorporates Creekside Drive, Keeley Drive, Packard Drive and Anton Drive. The community is mainly residential populated with single family residences.

Nearby shopping centers include the Fairlane Shopping Center and the Tusculum Shopping Center. There is a bowling alley, Big Lots, a CVS Pharmacy and a Harding Health Foods. The Hickory Plaza Shopping Center features a Babies R Us, Cici’s Pizza, and a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center. A Walmart Super Center is also nearby, as is the Antioch Shopping Center. There are many other dining options in the area as well.

Churches abound in this part of Nashville and there are several around the Blanchard Heights community. South Nashville Church, Korean Baptist Church, Tusculum Hills Baptist Church and a Christ Lutheran Church are among them.

William A. Pitts Park is nearby and features playing fields and playground equipment. The Nashville Zoo is short commute to the west of the neighborhood and to the east is the Hamilton Creek Metropolitan Park which features the only mountain biking path within Davidson County. There is the Lakeside Trail and the Pinnacle Trail, each offering a different level of expertise. Hamilton Creek Sailboat Marina is in the park and is located on J Percy Priest Lake. The lake itself is 14,200 acres in size and offers 440 miles of shoreline. The lake is home to several fish varieties, including largemouth and smallmouth bass, Bluegill, Catfish, White Bass, and Stripers. Smith Springs Public Use Area offers wildlife watching and a pleasant place to picnic. Anderson Road Recreation Area offers a large sandy beach and an expanse of clear water to swim in.
