In the Heart of Portland's Newest Up and Coming District!

Woodland Park is a large neighborhood in Multnomah County in the 97220 zip code area. It is bordered on the west by the Columbia River Highway/I-84, on the east by Northeast 102nd Avenue, and on the south by Northeast Halsey Street.

The Woodland Park neighborhood is a tidy community composed of small lots with tall evergreen trees scattered throughout the neighborhood. The majority of the houses are single-family, one-story homes.

Children in Woodland Park can attend Lee Elementary School, and college students are near the Western States Chiropractic School and Multnomah Bible College and Biblical Seminary.

The neighborhood is close to both I-84 and I-205 with easy access to both of them. This is a considerable time saver for residents when dining, shopping and attending to personal and professional business.

On the east side of Woodland Park is the Vibra Specialty Hospital Portland. It is a long-term, acute care facility for patients with complex medical problems. They have 73 beds and are licensed by the state of Oregon.

The two closest parks to the Woodland neighborhood are Hancock Park and Rocky Butte State Park. Hancock Park covers four and one-quarter acres. Featuring well-manicured grass and a bounty of tall evergreen trees, it provides visitors with a nice place for picnics and a place for children to play.

The Rocky Butte State Park is the home of the Rocky Butte Natural Area, a wooded hill that offers a panoramic view of Portland and the surrounding area. It’s also a very romantic spot to watch the sun set over the city. The park also offers hiking trails, unpaved paths and a viewing area.
