Tower Heights is a neighborhood located in the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The community is roughly square in shape, with East Admiral Place to the north, South 161st East to the east, East 21st Street to the south, and 129th East Avenue to the west. The neighborhood is mainly residential, with a few few businesses and commercial properties scattered throughout.

The Lynn Lane Reservoir is located near the neighborhood, and is a popular place for bird watching. Common species include Grebes, White-Winger Scoter, Cinnamon Teal, Red-Throated Loon, and the Common Tern. The trail around the lake is approximately two and a half miles round trip.

North of the neighborhood sits the Redbud Valley Nature Preserve. The preserve is home to many plants and animals that are not found anywhere else in Oklahoma. A trail, specially designated picnic areas, shelters, restrooms and a visitor’s center are all offered at the preserve. Mohawk Park is located north of the neighborhood. The 2,820-acre park features such amenities as a playground, ball fields, nine miles of trails, picnic tables, shelters, a water play area, concessions, and a disc golf course.

Schools in the area include Preschool Pals, Sandburg Elementary School, La Petite Academy, Cherokee Elementary School, J.W. Sam Elementary School, East Central High School, Lincoln Christian School, and Catoosa Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.

Harvey Young Airport is located within the neighborhood, and the Tulsa International Airport is located just northwest of Tower Heights.
